F2A CONTINUES ITS EXPANSION, STRENGTHENING ITS PRESENCE IN THE CONSULTANCY SECTOR WITH CMP CONSULTING GROUP

 

The acquisition allows the outsourcing services company to continue on its growth path and further expand its offering, adding corporate and IT consulting and communication to its personnel administration and management services.

F2A, a company controlled by Ardian and a leading provider of outsourcing solutions in Italy for over 50 years, offering an integrated and flexible system for specialised services and expertise in HR and Finance and Administration, announces an acquisition that sees CMP Consulting Group joining F2A Group.

 

CMP Group, based in Milan and Rome, has been providing consultancy and services in the areas of administration, human resources, IT, marketing and communication for 50 years. Under the leadership of Maurizio Bartoli, the Group offers highly-customised cloud, on-premise and hybrid MIZAR proprietary software solutions, with a strong consultancy-based approach. Alongside these solutions, the Group offers a range of products for personnel management and access control, as well as building automation and building security solutions managed by Andrea Albanesi. To complete its portfolio of offerings, the Group has been providing specialised communication and media relations services in the digital and tech sector under the Doppia Elica brand for over 10 years.

 

With the arrival of CMP, F2A Group will have 3,000 clients, 800 employees and consolidated revenues of over Euro 65 million.

 

The acquisition – completed on 28 March 2019 – allows F2A Group to accelerate its mission as a central player in the supply of specialised services to Italian and international companies, ensuring the needs of company managements are increasingly covered.

  • MCS PR, a new Partner in Netherlands, bringing its large experience in technology industry, as well as its Belgium and Luxemburg partnerships, will help Enterie clients to scale up in Benelux.
  • Doppia Elica, a Milan based Italian PR agency, will support clients in the south of Europe
  • Enterie has also gained new Partners in UK (Carrots Communications from London).

The network, from the very beginning of its operations, has associated PR agencies in France (Com’ I/O) and Poland (Profeina). Thanks to further partnerships in Germany, Czech Republic and Spain, Enterie offers its services European wide.
